Building top of the "computerless computer art" methods of the scanning-in-motion practices I've been experimenting with over the course of this productions' development, permit be to introduce you to a series of mainly 3D diorama mixing up this radical approach to image making with traditional collage, to create fragments and scenes of the story "Dimbola Mikado" will tell. Welcome to the brand spanking new Ergo Phizmiz blog for the roaring 20s. Over the past few months I have been working to create new audio/visual compositions that constitute digital art made without the interference of a computer, made using an inkjet photocopier and realtime image manipulation. These images were created as part of the development of our new production "Dimbola Mikado", which premieres at Dimbola Lodge in Autumn 2020.
